Terms of Use

This English version is provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version is the sole legally binding one.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Cusca Discord bot and its associated web panel, published by Sébastien Blanc (Sole trader, France) (see our legal notice). Installing the bot on a server, or signing in to the panel, constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Description of the service

The service offers free features (moderation, fun, economy, leveling, utilities, tickets, setup assistant) and optional paid premium features (see our terms of sale). The web panel lets Discord server administrators configure the bot via a Discord OAuth2 connection.

3. Account and access

Accessing the panel requires a valid Discord account and, for most features, the "Manage Server" permission on the relevant server. No password specific to the service is ever created: authentication relies exclusively on Discord.

4. Authorized use

Users agree not to misuse the service for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to bypass the bot's technical limitations (rate limits, quotas), and to comply with Discord's Community Guidelines and Discord's Terms of Service.

5. Suspension and termination

The publisher reserves the right to suspend or remove the bot from a server, without notice, in the event of abusive, unlawful, or non-compliant use of these terms. A server administrator may remove the bot from their server at any time.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability (maintenance, technical incidents, unavailability of the Discord API). The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or unavailability of the service.
