Terms of Sale

This English version is provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version is the sole legally binding one.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of access to premium features of the Cusca Discord bot, published by Sébastien Blanc (Sole trader, France) (see our legal notice).

2. Payment

Payment for the premium subscription is made exclusively through Discord's native system (App Subscriptions), directly within the Discord application. The site/panel never collects or processes any payment data: the transaction is handled entirely by Discord Inc., under its own terms.

3. Duration and renewal

The premium subscription automatically renews according to the billing period chosen at purchase, unless cancelled. Managing or cancelling the subscription is done from the user's Discord settings (Settings → Subscriptions).

4. Right of withdrawal

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-material medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer's prior express agreement, whereby the consumer waives their right of withdrawal. Immediate activation of premium features after purchase constitutes this express agreement.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". The publisher strives to ensure continuous availability of the bot and panel but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability (maintenance, technical incidents, unavailability of the Discord API).

6. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
